As you may have already read in the previously posted articles about the Premeditation activities, the piracy(ies) involved in assuming a friendly, Neutral, non-violent nation, the information documented below shows some of the piracies, activities involved in assuming Trusts of our Royal Families over time by criminal maneuvers, conversions, piracy(ies, racketeering, Premeditation activities by criminals documented.
Descendants of the Royal Families exist, including myself, Amelia Gora, who has done more than 22 years of research to find the hidden lines of our Royal families, those who are the true descendants, heirs to the lands of Kamehameha thru Queen Liliuokalani's times.
The tremendous amount of fraud, deceit, racketeering, criminal conversions can be seen in the documents remaining, which appears to be one of the reasons why treasonous person Thomas Akaka's descendant Senator Daniel Akaka et. als. moves to destroy all of the books of our Hawaiian Kingdom, which remains evidence of their crimes documented through the Akaka Bill ---opposition to the Akaka Bill continues..
As you may already know, the Archives/Records of the Hawaiian Kingdom were shut down from 1893 thru 1895 and much tampering of our records occurred. A treasonous persons descendant also sent out requests for other nations to return the books of the Hawaiian Kingdom under the guise of collecting the books for records (more for destruction of the evidence?)
Through the studies of the Alii, the evidence of piracy(ies) can be revealed.
For example, the Land Court which was brought to life in the early 1900's was utilized by many criminals, including the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees who claim themselves to be owners of the Trust. A 5% interest is also assumed from the Charles Reed Bishop Trust, also a criminal trust perpetuating a life interest of the PIRATE OF THE PACIFIC.
See Land Court Case 1228, First Circuit Court, this is what is documented:
"Bernice Pauahi Bishop died October 16, 1884. Her will dated October 31, 1883 and first codicil dated October 4, 1884, and second codicil, irrelevant for the purposes of this report, were duly admitted to Probate in the Supreme Court of the Hawaiian Islands, December 2, 1884. (Probate No. 2425). Inventory filed January 7, 1885 showed; The Ahupuaa of Paalaa. All the annuitants mentioned in the will and codicils are dead. Acceptance of the trust by the Trustees named in the Will was filed on March 4, 1885."
Bernice Pauahi Bishop was half white, was not the last of the Kamehameha's, was not the full owner of the lands of Kamehameha I, Kamehameha II, Kamehameha III, Kamehameha IV, Kamehameha V, King Lunalilo.
Research shows many descendants, heirs, and uncovering the criminals, the racketeers, the pirates, the intruders, the outsiders, the conspirators, the treasonous persons with their claws in every part of the Trusts belonging to the Royal families who were diverted through the malicious maneuvers of the pirates actively and criminally claiming what does not belong, could not belong to them - the white trustees supported by the bankrupt nations U.S., and England/Great Britain with the help of their banking investors the Morgan bankers of whom Charles Reed Bishop, the Judd families, et. als. were part of ---yes, partners in crime.
The following shows just the top of the iceberg, a rapidly melting iceberg, because the the truth of the matter is that all of the Trusts started in the Hawaiian Kingdom has true owners, bloodlines, descendants, heirs, which basically means that all lands claimed for, sold by the current Trustees are and remain fraudulent conveyances due to their foundation being based on fraud, racketeering, piracy(ies) on the high seas, etc.
Treasonous persons, conspirators, those promoting, perpetuating criminal activities, maneuvers in claiming sovereign trusts do not, and cannot inherit Sovereigns Trusts. Everyone must heed the Hawaiian Kingdom, International laws dealing with Pirates, these who have done serious wrongs against the Royal families.

The Trustees since 1884, including Charles Reed Bishop, did conspire, were treasonous to the Queen Liliuokalani, the Alii families, and Hawaiian subjects in 1893. EVIDENCE OF FRAUD/CRIMINAL MALFEASANCE/GENOCIDE/THEFT/On December 2, 1909, Queen Lili‘uokalani executed a Deed of Trust, which established the legal and financial foundation of an institution dedicated to the welfare of orphaned Hawaiian children. She amended her Deed of Trust in 1911 to include destitute children. It states, “all the property of the Trust Estate, both principal and income…shall be used by the Trustees for the benefit of orphan and other destitute children in the Hawaiian Islands, the preference given to Hawaiian children of pure or part-aboriginal blood.”
On November 11, 1917, Queen Lili‘uokalani died in her Washington Place home at the age of 79. She lived her life by her motto, “‘Onipa‘a,” “Be steadfast.” Her legacy is perpetuated today through the works of the Queen Lili‘uokalani Trust and Queen Lili‘uokalani Children’s Center (QLCC).

She left a Will which shows that she did not sign a Trust Deed with the haole/foreigners. However, she did sign a Trust Deed with her hanai/adopted daughter in 1872. Note below how she maintained and denied signing a Trust Deed which made Archibald Cleghorn, Curtis Iaukea, and William Smith Trustees.
The three (3) did conspire against the Queen, perpetuated fraud, deceit, criminal malfeasance, criminal conveyances. Therefore, all of their transactions in the past and presently are null and void.
I, Amelia Gora, publicly null and void all of the transactions since 1893, because I am one of the true trustees through bloodlines of Kaaumoana aka's a hanai/adopted daughter of Queen Liliuokalani.
Background:
Prince Kuhio tried to declare her to be incompetent, a crazy person. Queen Liliuokalani maintained that she did not sign a Trust Deed with the haole/foreigners.
Prince Kuhio took an out of court settlement to the claims of Queen Liliuokalani after she died in 1917.
Prince Kuhio and Prince Kawananakoa were treasonous persons, were Masons/Freemasons part of a group who helped to remove Queen Liliuokalani from her position.
Both Princes, although listed and schooled as Princes, they were relatives of Queen Kapiolani and were not the bloodlines of King David Kalakaua and Queen Liliuokalani.
Prince Kuhio and Prince Kawananakoa purchased an interest of the Queen Liliuokalani Trust from a descendant of the adopted daughter of the Queen's true Trustee. She was not the bloodline of her true Trustee.

units at Coral ReefAlmost 250 hopeful condominium buyers who put down money a year ago for units at the Coral Reef Hotel in Waikiki recently had their sales canceled.A state judge has ruled that Coral Reef owner André Tatibouet cannot sell units of the leasehold property as condominiums, blocking 247 tentative sales.The ruling, issued last week by Circuit Judge Victoria Marks, upheld an argument by the landowner, The Queen Emma Foundation, that condo ownership could force the foundation to sell its fee-simple interest in the property via the city's lease-to-fee conversion ordinance."The ruling protects the foundation's continued ownership of the property," said Rosemary Fazio, an attorney representing the nonprofit landowner.Terry Lee, an attorney representing Tatibouet, said his client respects the judge's decision, but disagrees with it.Coral Reef unit buyers will be provided full refunds, according to Hawaiian Island Homes Ltd., the brokerage firm handling sales.Peter Savio , Hawaiian Island Homes president, said some buyers canceled because of the dispute and year-long delay, but most hoped they would be able to complete their purchases."It's a bummer they couldn't get a unit in that building ... but there are going to be a number of other buildings — probably a thousand units — coming up for sale in the next six or seven months," he said.Tatibouet in May 2003 offered units for sale at the Coral Reef, which is at 2299 Kuhio Ave., mauka of International Market Place.Buyers, most of whom either intended to live in the units or rent them out through a hotel management firm, snapped up more than 200 units in a single weekend at prices ranging from $59,500 to $150,000.But weeks later, Queen Emma Foundation sued to block the sales that it said required its approval. The foundation emphasized that it did not intend to give such approval, which it said Tatibouet did not seek until after the lawsuit was filed.Marks ruled that Tatibouet's lease with the foundation requires the foundation's consent to convert the hotel to condos, and noted that in the 1980s Tatibouet made a similar request that the foundation denied.The foundation was concerned that it could be forced to sell its fee-simple interest in the property via the city ordinance that mandates sale of the fee-simple interest in leasehold condos in cases where at least 50 percent of condo owners want to buy the land....Lee said he does not expect Tatibouet to offer the Coral Reef for sale as a hotel. Tatibouet bought the Coral Reef in 1976. The ground lease runs until 2050.The land under the hotel is part of the core real estate holdings that generate income for Queen Emma Foundation, which helps pay for operations of Queen's Health Systems.

The rise to power of the steel and iron magnates and the growth of allied industries have been presented to the public in various forms. A valuable but biased work is the INSIDE HISTORY OF THE CARNEGIE STEEL COMPANY, BY James H. Bridge (1903). THE ROMANCE OF STEEL, BY Herbern N. Casson (1907) is a very readable story. On the specific subject of Wall Street mechanism and finance, THE WORK OF WALL STREET, BY Sereno S. Pratt (1912), ad WALL STREET AND THE COUNTRY, by Charles A. Conant (1904), will be found interesting. THE TRUTH ABOUT THE TRUSTS, by John Moody (1904), is a statistical exhibit of capitalized industry and finance as it existed at the apex of the merger movement. On the general subject of industrial trusts and combinations scores of volumes have been written, some of value and many worthless. Among the informing, popular books of the past two decades may be mentioned: THE STORY OF LIFE INSURANCE by Burton J. For purely banking subjects, the BANKERS MAGAZINE is the best source of information. Mar 4,2010 Title: Reasons Why the Monarchy government/ Kingdom of Hawaii Exists
Queen Liliuokalani destroyed the Constitution which in effect returned
the government or the Constitutional government back to a Monarchy.
This negated the Bayonet Constitution and her own Constitution that she wanted to update.
Queen Liliuokalani utilized her Sovereign right, her Royal decree, similar to the executive order used by the U.S. Presidents.
The difference being that a Royal person can legally do as they wish, and are not subject to the laws. The U.S. Presidents use of an executive order is by "tradition" started by George Washington, and is NOT law or legal. A tradition is not law.
(Note to Americans: This is one of the flaws, areas where the PEOPLE can make changes in government when the PEOPLE move to take back their government.)
Because Monarchy governments are based on genealogies, these are the reasons why our Queen could apply her Royal authority(ies):
(1) her mother Keohokalole (female) was a hanai/adopted daughter of a Kamehameha descendant.

Conclusion:
Queen Liliuokalani utilized her Sovereign status to change the laws at her leisure. The premeditation by the U.S. government, military, and American businessmen to dethrone her to some degree was foiled.
Our Queen Liliuokalani basically locked up the Hawaiian Kingdom as a
Monarchy government, purposefully with the intent to maintain Sovereign
rights for our people as well which also limited the rights of the foreigners (including those who conspired, did treasonous acts against her, her subjects, others loyal to the Hawaiian Kingdom).
Amidst the drastic changes, the standing orders of the U.S. Congress, government to dethrone her, and the U.S. military's aggressive move against a neutral, non-violent, friendly nation, the following are the event that occurred:
1893 - January 9. U.S. Congress gave orders to assume Pearl Harbor and "to not mention the troops" in the NEW YORK TIMES newspaper article. (In the past, messages were passed through the news media.)
1893 - January 15. American Minister Stevens and men left the steamship -of-war BOSTON "to protect American lives and property," with their "three companies of bluejackets, one of artillery, one of marines, 154 mean and 10 officers; with 14,000 cartridges for rifles and the Gatling gun, 1,300 revolver cartridges, and 174 explosive shells for the revolving cannon.
These forces were landed, on foreign soil, not at the request of the lawful Government - the Governor of Oahu promptly sent a formal note of protest to Minister Stevens - representing 88,000 of the population, but at the request of a committee of rebels representing 2,000 American residents."
"One company was left at the legation where the "American life and property" were to be found, while the rest of the force was marched to
Arlon Hall, a structure close to the palace and just across the street from the Government Building, where, of course, the rebels would necessarily make their attack."
1893. January 16. The Rear Admiral reported that "Arlon Hall was ill=chosen for the professed purpose for which the troops were landed. "Naturally," he adds, "if they were landed with a view to supporting the Provisional Government troops than occupying the Government Building, it was a wise choice."
1893 - January 17. The American "conspirators signed their proclamation announcing that the Hawaiian monarchy had been "abrogated" and a Provisional Government established, with Sanford B. Dole as Chairman of the Executive Council."
"They took this to the Government Building and there read it, within seenty-five yards of the point where the United States forces were stationed with their Gatling gun and small cannon."
"With only the Government Building in their hands, the Queen being at the palace and her troops in possession of the police station, and but for the overawing force of United States troops in possession also of the city, the rebels posted off to the American Legation with a request for recognition. They got it with extraordinary promptness. The Provisional Government was proclaimed between 2 and 3 o'clock. Two hours later the new Government had received the following document, which, to our shame, will live in history:

A Provisional Government having been duly constituted in place of the recent Government of Queen Liliuokalani, and said Provisional Government being in full possession of the Government buildings, the archives, and the Treasury, and in control of the capital of the Hawaiian Islands. I hereby recognize said Provisional Government as the de facto Government of the Hawaiian Islands.

Noted by author of the NEW YORK TIMES article, "The Story of a Crime":
"The Dole conspirators were not "in full possession of the Government buildings." but of only one of them, which was occupied only by clerks and porters at the time of their raid..............it was still too early to apply the word "recent" to the Government of the Queen, for the rebels did not wait on the Queen with their treasonable proclamation until after Minister Stevens had recognized their Government."
"The Queen yielded, of course,. She could do nothing else against a rebellion that was so manifestly backed up by the superior armed forces and by the Minister of the United States. She signed, under protest, a paper renouncing her rights."
Queen Liliuokalani in 1895 was forced to sign an abdication by conspirators, treasonous persons, pirates, Sanford B. Dole, et. als.
SUMMARY
Queen Liliuokalani returned the government to a Monarchy government when she destroyed the Constitution affecting King Kalakaua's Bayonnet Constitution which was signed at gun point, and a Constitution that she had put together which did not appeal to the Americans in the Hawaiian Islands.
Queen Liliuokalani utilized her Sovereign authority based on the following:
1. Hanai/adopted relationship to the Kamehameha line, a leader who formed the monarchy government.
2. Attending the Royal School - a School for Hawaiian leaders - based on genealogies for a monarchy government.
3. Hanai/adopted daughter of a Kamehameha descendant, part of a monarchy government.
and another reason taken as an excerpt from above:

4. The American's at the time of the wrongful dethronement did proclaim and announce that the Hawaiian monarchy was "abrogated".
In other words, the recognition of a monarchy form of government, not a Constitutional monarchy government was documented in 1893, and the fact that our Hawaiian Monarchy did go "underground", which means that our Hawaiian monarchy did not cease to exist!
