Promotion of Genocide through PLUNDERING UPON INNOCENTS, Pollution, Poisons, Atomic bombing affecting the Hawaiian Islands, Micronesians, Nevada, and Japan occurred with the validation of the newly created United Nations, an organization set up by the U.S., England, and the bankers (Morgan, Bank of England, etc.) The following is a Chronological View of the Wrongs, the Evils of PIRATES on the High Seas which led to PLUNDERING UPON INNOCENTS documented: 1810 -  Kamehameha began the Monarchy government. 1810 - Kamehameha gave land to his counselors, including Englishmen John Young, and Isaac Davis. 1812 - (approximately) Kamehameha with Aetearoa, and the Samoan Islands formed the Pacific Empire, a democratic group recognized by the Law of Nations. 1819  - Kamehameha died. 1820 - Uninvited Mercenaries/missionaries arrived. 1848 - The Great Mahele project documented the gifted lands of John Young. Halawa Ahupuaa was officially on record as belonging to Grace Kamaikui, daughter of John Young.

1875 - a Reciprocity Treaty was signed with the U.S. see http://www.hawaii-nation.org/treaty1875.html for details. 1876 - King David Kalakaua along with treasonous persons, created a fraud deed conveying the already conveyed Halawa Ahupuaa, which included Pearl Harbor to two deceased ancestors named Grace Kamaikui and Mataio Kekuanaoa. Grace Kamaikui mother of Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, Peke Davis (my ancestor) and an adopted daughter named Emma/Queen Emma was the owner of the Halawa Ahupuaa.  Grace Kamaikui died in 1866. Grace Kamaikui's father John Young was given the Halawa Ahupuaa by Kamehameha. Mataio Kekuanaoa had been conveyed an area (a strip of land) which not half of the Ahupuaa in the Great Mahele. The fraud deed purported to convey the half the Halawa Ahupuaa to Mataio Kekuanaoa. Mataio Kekuanaoa was the father of Paalua, Ruth Keelikolani, Moses Kaikioewa, Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV, Victoria Kamamalu and others (including my own ancestors). Mataio Kekuanaoa died in 1868 or eight (8) years earlier. How can someone, even a King, deed already deeded land to deceased people? King David Kalakaua was not a descendant of either Alii, Grace Kamaikui or Mataio Kekuanaoa, and unable to convey private properties of the Royal Families.  Their descendants existed then and their descendants exists now. 1878 - The U.S. were fearful of the Japanese entering San Francisco Bay and that it would take more than 10 years to get them out. In 1878, the Pacific Cable Company was formed by treasonous persons PIRATES OF THE PACIFIC:  CHARLES REED BISHOP AND FRIENDS. In 1889, U.S. Senator Blaine moved to make the Reciprocity Treaty Permanent. see  http://www.hawaii-nation.org/treaty1875.html for details - also includes 1884 Convention. Note that the Treaty would have expired in 1894. These forces were landed, on foreign soil, not at the request of the lawful Government - the Governor of Oahu promptly sent a formal note of protest to Minister Stevens - representing 88,000 of the population, but at the request of a committee of rebels representing 2,000 American residents."

1893 - January 17. The American "conspirators signed their proclamation announcing that the Hawaiian monarchy had been "abrogated" and a Provisional Government established, with Sanford B. Dole as Chairman of the Executive Council."

A Provisional Government having been duly constituted in place of the recent Government of Queen Liliuokalani, and said Provisional Government being in full possession of the Government buildings, the archives, and the Treasury, and in control of the capital of the Hawaiian Islands. I hereby recognize said Provisional Government as the de facto Government of the Hawaiian Islands.

Noted by author of the NEW YORK TIMES article, "The Story of a Crime":

"The Dole conspirators were not "in full possession of the Government buildings." but of only one of them, which was occupied only by clerks and porters at the time of their raid..............it was still too early to apply the word "recent" to the Government of the Queen, for the rebels did not wait on the Queen with their treasonable proclamation until after Minister Stevens had recognized their Government."

"The Queen yielded, of course,. She could do nothing else against a rebellion that was so manifestly backed up by the superior armed forces and by the Minister of the United States. She signed, under protest, a paper renouncing her rights."

Queen Liliuokalani in 1895 was forced to sign an abdication by conspirators, treasonous persons, pirates, Sanford B. Dole, et. als.

Note:

Queen Liliuokalani returned the government to a Monarchy government when she destroyed the Constitution affecting King Kalakaua's Bayonnet Constitution which was signed at gun point, and a Constitution that she had put together which did not appeal to the Americans in the Hawaiian Islands.

Queen Liliuokalani utilized her Sovereign authority based on the following:

1. Hanai/adopted relationship to the Kamehameha line, a leader who formed the monarchy government.
2. Attending the Royal School - a School for Hawaiian leaders - based on genealogies for a monarchy government.
3. Hanai/adopted daughter of a Kamehameha descendant, part of a monarchy government.

and another reason taken as an excerpt from above:

4. The American's at the time of the wrongful dethronement did proclaim and announce that the Hawaiian monarchy was "abrogated".

In other words, the recognition of a monarchy form of government, not a Constitutional monarchy government was documented in 1893, and the fact that our Hawaiian Monarchy did go "underground", which means that our Hawaiian monarchy did not cease to exist!

Queen Liliuokalani was under duress, stress, coercion, usurpation, and it was a documented fact found that the U.S. aided, planned the criminal assumption of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, and did cause the duress, stress, coercion, usurpation, planned the criminal assumption of private properties with their helpers, the Americans, the treasonous persons known as the PIRATES OF THE PACIFIC:  CHARLES REED BISHOP AND FRIENDS and did breach the Laws of Nations, killed, caused genocide and PLUNDERED UPON INNOCENTS since their presence from the time of the arrival of their mercenaries, the missionaries in 1820.

1901 - December 6.  The Oahu Railway and Land Company deeded Halawa lands "for the purpose of condemning for naval purposes a certain tract of land situated in the District of Ewa, Island of Oahu, Territory of Hawaii.....Registered map #1739....635 acres, more or less."  All of this "in pursuant of said agreement and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10) in lawful money of the United States of America...."  "Oahu Railway & Land Co. By S.C. Allen, President; by M.P. Robinson, Treasurer" signed. Note:  This is the first deed recorded to the U.S. while the true land owners existed, while Queen Liliuokalani was still alive.  This shows in part the criminal transactions of criminal deviants transferring lands that did not belong to them, and making it appear that it was a legal transaction. 1901 - December 6.  The Oahu Sugar Company Limited also a Corporation deeded to the United States of America "the sum of Ten (10) Dollars in lawful money of the United States of America............portion of that certain Island shown upon that certain Chart numbered 1800 published by the Hydrographic Office of the United States Navy Department, said Island being known and designated Mokuumeume or Ford Island and said portions ..........containing and including 23 acres, more or less.....".  "Oahu Sugar Co. White, Civil Engineer, U.S. mapped Halawa lands , Mokuumeume (Ford Island) showing "Portion of H.O. Newton."  1902 - Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates Trustees deeded lands of Halawa to the U.S.!  The transaction amount was for $52,737.50 dollars "in lawful money of the United States of America" - the transaction was made "between Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop deceased and Joseph O. Carter, William F. Allen, William O. Smith, Samuel M. Damon, and Alfred W. Carter Trustees under the Will of Bernice Pauahi Bishop deceased and of the Estate of said Bernice Pauahi Bishop, parties of the first part and The United States of America, party of the second part". Attached to the deed: The map - The date on the map in entry 17) shows at the bottom "Recorded and Compared this 16th day of July A.D. 1902 at 3:40 o'clock P. 71_ " signed/stamped Thos. G. Thrum, Registrar of Conveyances. Note:  The Territory of Hawaii entity made a condemnation case.  The U.S. assumed lands of the Royal families, Grace Kamaikui's ahupuaa.  The Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop were treasonous persons who did not have the rights to convey lands of the Royal families, etc. The claim that they appeared to be moving with was the King David Kalakaua deed which conveyed the Halawa Ahupuaa to Grace Kamaikui and Mataio Kekuanaoa.  Grace Kamaikui was the owner of the Halawa Ahupuaa which was already conveyed to her by Kamehameha III - Kauikeouli in 1848.  The Ahupuaa belonged to John Young, who left it to his heirs/descendants.  John Young was a British counselor of Kamehameha. In other words, the claims by the Treasonous Bernice Pauahi Bishop/ Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates Trustees were and are without right, they had no claims to the Halawa Ahupuaa because  John Young's, Grace Kamaikui's descendants existed then, and their descendants exist today (including myself, Amelia Gora).  These illegal transactions made by treasonous persons are null and void, the U.S. supported their conspiracy activities, treasonous activities...............see the Premeditation article showing that the U.S. President, and the U.S. Congress did make a standing order to assume the Hawaiian Islands, Pearl Harbor, which is part of the Halawa Ahupuaa, and dethroning Queen Liliuokalani from a neutral, friendly, non violent nation. Why Did Japan Attack Pearl Harbor?

America's Turning Point

On an otherwise calm Sunday morning on December 7, 1941, the Japanese shocked the world by bombing the American naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. This 'dastardly attack' was the turning point for America and for the War. On December 8, the nation was gathered around its radios to hear President Roosevelt deliver his Day of Infamy speech. That same day, Congress declared war on Japan. On December 11, Congress declared war on Germany. The slogan 'Remember Pearl Harbor' mobilized a nation and helped awaken the mighty war machine and economic engine that is America.

Over 3,500 Americans were killed or wounded in 2 waves of terror lasting 2 long hours.

350 aircraft were destroyed or damaged. All 8 battleships of the U.S. Pacific Fleet were sunk or badly damaged - including the U.S.S. Arizona. And yet all of America's aircraft carriers remained unscathed. The sinking of the USS Arizona ended the story of the invincible battleship and began a new story about the superiority of the mighty aircraft carrier.

Look at the Vieques Puerto Rico where the bombing practice resulted in a bomb being dropped on a civilian by mistake; the Navy was eventually forced to leave due to public opposition. DEPLETED URANIUM contamination is comfirmed at Schofield Barracks, Oahu and at Pohakuloa Training Area, Hawai’i Island. The Army has admitted the presence of this toxin, and further training/detonations will simply stir more of this dust into the air, blow it downwind into Kona with serious health implications for residents and soldiers alike. Kona already has higher than normal rates of cancer, diabetes and birth defects. We cannot allow the Strykers to aggravate the situation any further. We need cleanup, not buildup. Private citizens on the island of Hawai’i are independently monitoring airborne radioactivity spikes and this will continue in an even greater capacity if the Strykers are stationed here. If the radioactive spikes continue the citizens will surely not stand for it. We can guarantee a grave media backlash and local activism to stop the destruction. But no exhaustive study appears to have been made of the broad trend toward the concentration and control of industry and finance by Wall Street financiers, during the remarkable period culminating in the aggressive antitrust legislation afte the financial crash of 1907. Among the best popular books on the Standard Oil Trust may be mentioned: WEALTH AGAINST COMMON WEALTH by Henry Demarest Lloyd (1894); HISTORY OF THE STANDARD OIL TRUST, BY S.C.T. Dodd (1894); RISE AND PROGRESS OF THE STANDARD OIL COMPANY, BY Gilbert Holland Montague (1903); HISTORY OF THE STANDARD OIL COMPANY, by Ida M. Tarbell (1904). To supplement these books, bringing the facts relating to this great business aggregation down to later dates, reference should be made to government exhibits, such as the report of the United States Industrial Commission (1900 and 1902); the testimony in the Supreme Court suit for dissolution (1910 and 1911) and the report of the “Money Trust Investigation” made by the Committee on Banking and Currency of the House of Representatives in 1913. These latter are a real mine of information regarding the activities not only of Standard Oil magnates in business and banking fields, but of others as well during the preceding decade. The story of the Morgan banking house has never been full told, though the LIFE STORY OF J.P. MORGAN, BY Carl Hovey (1911), presents a fair outline. Consult also, FORTY YEARS OF AMERICAN FINANCE, BY Alexander D. Noyes (1909) which contains interesting chapters on the government financing undertaken by the firm. The facts of Edward H. Harriman’s remarkable career can be culled only from the current financial publications of the period. Government reports, such as the testimony in the Supreme Court suit for the dissolution of the Northern Securities Company (1904) and the report of the Committee on Banking and Currency, show the general activities of the Harriman financiers and their connections with Wall Street. The rise to power of the steel and iron magnates and the growth of allied industries have been presented to the public in various forms. A valuable but biased work is the INSIDE HISTORY OF THE CARNEGIE STEEL COMPANY, BY James H. Bridge (1903). THE ROMANCE OF STEEL, BY Herbern N. Casson (1907) is a very readable story. On the specific subject of Wall Street mechanism and finance, THE WORK OF WALL STREET, BY Sereno S. Pratt (1912), ad WALL STREET AND THE COUNTRY, by Charles A. Conant (1904), will be found interesting. THE TRUTH ABOUT THE TRUSTS, by John Moody (1904), is a statistical exhibit of capitalized industry and finance as it existed at the apex of the merger movement. On the general subject of industrial trusts and combinations scores of volumes have been written, some of value and many worthless. Among the informing, popular books of the past two decades may be mentioned: THE STORY OF LIFE INSURANCE by Burton J. Hendrick (1907); TRUSTS, OR INDUSTRIAL COMBINATIONS AND COALITIONS IN THE UNITED STATES, BY Ernst von Halle (1895); CORPORATION FINANCE, by Thomas L. Greene (1908); THE CONTROL OF TRUSTS, by John B. Clark (1901); TRUST FINANCE, by Edward Sherwood Meade (1903); THE TRUST PROBLEM, by Jeremiah W. Jenks (1900); and INDUSTRIAL COMBINATIONS AND TRUSTS, by William H. Stevens (1913). But to learn the full story of the great masters of capital of the last generation, one must depend chiefly on financial and investment periodicals. Chief among these are the COMMERCIAL AND FINANCIAL CHRONICLE, THE WALL STREET JOURNAL, and the New York JOURNAL OF COMMERCE. For purely banking subjects, the BANKERS MAGAZINE is the best source of information. For full light on the subject of the control of life insurance funds by the powers of Wall Street, nothing better can be found than the report of the joint committee of the New York Legislature appointed to investigate life insurance companies (1906). The facts regarding the dissolution of the Standard Oil Trust and the American Tobacco Company are to be found in the testimony in the Supreme Court suits against those companies. The best popular description of the panic of 1907 is contained in Alexander D. Noyes’s FORTY YEARS OF AMERICAN FINANCE.” ****************************** ****************************** ********

Great Britain and the United States appeared to have been in contact with each other over time.  The terminology of “Indians” describing “Hawaiians/ Kanaka Maoli” is evidenced in the diaries of Cooks men. Before his death in 1819, Kamehameha set aside the kapu/taboo system in a secret meeting with his Alii/Chiefs. In 1824, Kamehameha II – Liholiho had ventured to Great Britain to seek and learn more information about the Monarchy Government, details, etc. In 1843, a Hawaiian mission “was already in Europe, seeking formal recognition of Hawaiian Independence.”             February.  Lord Paulet of Great Britain “ served demands on the Hawaiian government, with an ultimatum expiring at four o’clock the next afternoon.” Note:  The French had just “seized the Marquesas Islands and Tahiti, and in the long-range historical view it is believed that the policy in London was to preent French seizure of the Hawaiian Islands as well.  It has also been suggested that there was some thought of counteracting American influence in the Islands.”         July. American Commodore Lawrence Kearney, of the frigate Constellation, “protested the cession and saluted a Hawaiian flag which was hoisted aboard ship.                 Under the British control for five (5) months, Kamehameha III – Kauikeaouli celebrated after Great Britain’s  correction through Rear Admiral Richard Thomas, “arriving from Valparaiso.         July 31.  “Nobles, commons, and foreigners” gathered at the location named after Admiral Thomas, now known as Thomas Square.                         An announcement was made as follows:  “The commander in Chief of Her Britannic Majesty’s ships and vessels in the Pacific ….does not accept of the provisional cession of the Hawaiian Islands.”                         A flag made for Hawaii as ordered by Admiral Thomas was a  flag “with a crown and an olive branch in the center.”                           Hawaiian flags were then “raised over the fort at the harbor and over the battery on Punchbowl Hill”.         October.  The UNITED STATES commissioner to Hawaii named George Brown “bore a somewhat more cautious recognition” of Hawaii as a separate Nation.          November 28. Both “FRANCE and GREAT BRITAIN recognized Hawaiian independence and pledged themselves not to infringe upon it.” 1849 – United States Commissioner to Hawaii and Captain William H. Gardner of the USS Vandalia, warship “was prepared to defend the American flag if the king saw fit to raise it over the island.” The “difference between Hawaiian and European ideas of property, particularly in land.  Hawaiian land tenure was feudal, vested in the King and allotted by him to his chiefs and through them to the people, and it was revocable at will.”  Then came the Great Mahele, the Land Division, with issues of ALLODIAL and FREEHOLD, less than ALLODIAL. CONSPIRACIES FOUND IN RESEARCH 1872 – Admiral A. M. Pennock, Commander of the North Pacific Squadron, General John M. Schofield, Commander of the U.S. Army in the Pacific, and Brigadier General B. S. Alexander were on a mission under secret orders by the War Department.             Mapping of Pearl Harbor, Schofield Barracks, Fort Armstrong, and other military staging areas on Oahu and the neighbor islands were made and pinpointed during this survey. 1875 – Reciprocity Treaty signed by King Kalakaua in Washington, D.C. 1876 – FRAUD DEED signed by King Kalakaua affecting PEARL HARBOR made to two 8-9 years deceased Alii/Chief and Chiefess.  The Alii were:  MATAIO KEKUANAOA who died eight (8) years previously or 1868.  One of his wives, KAMAIKUI died ten (10) years previously or 1866.  MATAIO KEKUANAOA – was the nephew of KAMEHAMEHA, through his mother KIILAWEAU.  He practiced multiple marriages.  He Was the father of KAMEHAMEHA IV – Alexander Liholiho and KAMEHAMEHA V – Lot Kamehameha and others.  KAMAIKUI – was the adoptive mother of QUEEN EMMA.  QUEEN EMMA  was the wife of KAMEHAMEHA IV – ALEXANDER LIHOLIHO who was also her stepbrother through marriage. Thurston offered to purchase the Hawaiian Islands for approximately $60,000.             A U.S. agent through the Annexation Club offered Queen Liliuokalani $250,000 to purchase the Hawaiian Islands.             United States Secretary of the Navy, B. F. Tracy, met with Makua Valley rancher, Samuel Andrews nephew, Lorrina A. Lee – arrived in Honolulu with Charles Reed Bishop in 1846.  Early suspected spy who falsely claimed that Kamehameha III’s intentions were to cede Hawaii to the United States.  Namauu – great grandnephew of Kamehameha.  His grandmother was the sister of Kamehameha named Kiilaweau.  He was a brother of Mataio Kekuanaoa who was the father of Kamehameha IV – Alexander Liholiho, Kamehameha V – Lot Kamehameha, and others.  S.M. Smith The Land Commissioners, the Great Mahele was finalized with the Government, Moi/Kings lands/Crown Lands, Alii and Rights of Tenants portions set.  The Land Commission was dissolved in March 1855. SEAS, WATERWAYS Since 1822, coral stones began to be tabooed by the Government. In all of the above issues, evidence has been gathered supporting the fact that the United States and Great Britain were supporting the conspirators/TERRORISTS in Hawaii as well as their friends in Congress.  A prime example of their friends in Congress is Mr. Morgan, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations who prepared the report on Hawaii.  The Chairman appears to be the same Morgan family of bankers, businessmen who maintained the United States and Great Britain's monies, investments. Need to keep posting this one: Listening and reading, and for some rereading. Not sure how to see this in an objective eye.  Secondly, the Kuhio mess is a bit raw taken that there is 50,000 native Hawaiian with 50% bloodquantum on the list or on land.  For some of these native Hawaiians we are connected still yet to the original land base.  Still pooping on the land for 200, years or more, I believe is attached to the Kuhio syndrom more than the crown.  So, without the support of the Kuhio group (including myself and not liking it!) who is your population?  Even if the geneologies are in place they loose their connection to the very Mason listing, so I'm not sure where to grab the golden ring. All things seems to come to a full circle.  HHL people are just in lock down and really, like myself, always on the run away from the HHL and it's geographic boundaries.  No can help! Any how keep this one up for always, because we do have a population of children in the elementary years that are learning how to read, write, and do analysis.  I do believe tho...they will side with the masons because of whats in their environment.  Children today are so expose to information, but hold very little filters and have a tendency to go for the touchy feeling info. that makes them feel good. I don't think the people on your list except maybe for Tane have a connection to the future generation.  But, one should think about this.  Tell me how do we connect with the future generation, going on google are dispeled by the teachers in classroom.  All citations are monitored as good, bad, and junk!  Children are innocent but can be used by any given school system for reasons of learning rather than reasoning.
